Investigate appraisal report-writing software. You can start with an Internet search for real estate appraisal software. Find at least two different software programs designed for appraisers. In your essay, compare the features, costs, advantages, and disadvantages of each program. Discuss whether the programs cater to a specific market or appeal to a certain type of appraiser. Comparatively lower price than the former one, $350 per year.

It has  ACI amenities and features.  It allow renewal when major changes in forms take place.  Even with the requirement of the 1004MC form, the form online which provided it in Word allowing user  to fill out one for each report, scan it, and drop it into a blank form provided by ACI.  

The cost - $75 instead of $400+ for renewal to attain the form. From software costs, MLS subscriptions, Cost data, delivery systems like Mercury and Appraisal Port, and even fees to access public records through BSA. WinTotal is good.
