I have a restaurant with 2 floors in Hayward and 10 parking lots. I feel it is a good deal because I have ??? offer so far. Only because of some minor issues regarding the offeror {buyer} it is shaky / unstable whether I can close this sale BUT my conclusion: if you know any CHEF or anyone who is interested in runing his own restaurant busines. tell him to TAKE A LOOK. they will know better than me about this business.
