My student's parents r trying to get a 3 mil medical building in Irvine, but got stuck in process. Laterly there is one church, also can be convert to medical clinic for 1.4 mil in Tustin. Was 1.7 before, now dropped. Sell as it is after drop the price. Another buyer plan to paid $500 to check the condition. Plan to use it as clinic m-f, wkend rent it to church.
I plan to check the roof, termie, earthquate ratrofit, water circulation system and the safety of paint 1st. Have the seller paid for it for it's buyers market.
The only thing I concern is how real the license takes to get approval? For disable accompdation got to be done by the code. The insurance issue, for others mess up medical stuff, it's huge responsibility. What's ur input?
