HOW TO SERVE DEFENDANT COURT DOCUMENT?
15 days prior to court day in SF
25 days prior to court day (unclaimed) in SF
20 days prior to court day out of SF

Small Claim Court New Rule: If defendants are not served by certified mail with UNCLAIMED RESPONSE, then plantiff need to RESET THE MATTER but it has to have enough time for the court between the court day and the RESET [no fee, if unclaimed].

If it is served, then it is POSTPONEMENT [$10 fee per individual] and require " 30 days (unverified) " prior to the court day. Otherwise, court can DISMISS the case. NOTHING GUARANTEE.

Any staff including but not limited to me, is HEREBY advising NOBODY regarding the alternative serving as follows:
Certified Mail
Sheriff
By Person 3rd party
Server process depend on different cost

Tip:
a. If defendant [Gene] is not there; then try twice or even return in the evening. Server may get response since people finish work after 5pm. The new tenant may say that the defendant/ petitionee is non-resided since 2 years.

b. If reception take the document after talking to the petitionee, then server should mark down both name of reception [Danny] and the pertitionee [David]
