1/27/2011 HOW TO HANDLE CO-WORKER WHO THREAT AUDITOR OF NOT DOING BREAKFAST?

this auditor do not rely on this job yet!
and now as this auditor get older, this auditor become more "tough"
this auditor did not go up at 6am and help this breakfast preparer
cos he is using threat.
since this auditor have the LUXURY of not helping, he decided.
before (when I am young) I will go up and help.

Just for you reference, this auditor -- the one who try always and get closer to perfection in setting up the breakfast in the morning.
But he see an unhappy breakfast preparer who 3rd day on a roll
said :"unless you set up the breakfast, I can not make coffee !" (not exact wording but akinda !!]
when he politely asked him :"Today I have a guest who asked me whether we can make a pot of coffee for her "
(although he did mention about coffee shop which already opened at that time around 5:15 am on 1/27/2011 Wed)
My point is simple: He is not happy with his assigned tasks if the auditor is trying to get improvements gradually regarding preparation of breakfast setup. Alot of negative energy spread to co-workers (most likely to guests)
Now at 5:51am, he came down and then gave me a serious lecture.
You do not want to hear what he said (Simply he is not happy and alot of threat and unnecessary undue influence)
To resolve, this auditor went up now
and did more labor job so as to make him happier.
All he may need is "less my job, less my time, .....he keep repeating "I have no time, I have no time"
Now the guest called and said that he refused to make coffee UNTIL 7 AM.
THE GUEST IS NOT HAPPY. (as I am updating)
