I don't think the unit is a good fit for my family so unfortunately I'll have to decline.  I also wanted to point out that the unit is under the wrong neighborhood category.  If you move it to the 'INNER RICHMOND' title, you may be able to lease it quickly.

And again, feel free to contact me regarding any commercial properties.  Perhaps there's an opportunity for us to work together yet.

b credit reports or paystub [thorough checking employee history and residential history]
