Diablo Valley offer these course and you can take 2 course in 1 seminster.
Prometrics is a testing site that allow applicants to take the CCNA test.
If you are working in the networking / system administration/ helpdesk/ desktop support fields, then you know your stuff.
You can borrow / buy a book from Barne and Nobles / Library and self study the question and answers before taking the test.
