I have owned a restaurant (60 seats, Full-service with 41-ABC wine license) at Fisherman's Wharf and remodelled it into a Asian Food buffet and a la carte service on-premise before I sold it to the new owner 10 plus  years ago.  I also started my wine business sales in Classic Wine of California (one of the largest wine distributors & the largest grape grower in California for years). With one of the Top 10 sales award and Rookie of the Year Award, I earned my wine knowledge (including but not limited to all the profit-margin calculation and numbers in wine industry).

Recently, I worked in the Rent Adjustment Board in Oakland as a per diem staff for hearing, workshops and meetings of various topics: Banking, retro-active rent adjustment, Capital investment, Uninsecure repairs. I directly work with lenders during my years of experience as a loan processor in Milbrae office and Burlingam. LandAmerica, Fidelity, Old Republics and titles companies are great companies that I work with. Bof Orients, BofA, Wells Fargo, Washing Mutual (Now!!), Waschovia, Citi Corp and those lenders are the sources of funds for clients. I work also in Richmond, Oakland, San Leandro, Pinole, Hericules, San Pablo, Alameda City and East bay cities for  years regarding short sales, deed in lieu foreclosure, REO and certainly regular sales.
