HOW TO DEAL WITH PM ISSUE?

Today,  ? call me and talk about your house.  I want to make correction of location in the heater problem.  The main house's heater is new with thermostat control in the wall(near the door to the kitchen, see attachment picture of it).  The problem heater that Kimba talk about is the Front house's heater.  The heater's temperature control is build inside of the heater with dial # 1 - 5.  It need to open heater's maintenance door to access the control dial.  I have make test all heaters and both are working.  In the main house's new heater that I have install, I run it 6 - 8 hours/day for 3 days.  The front house's heater, I test it for 4 hours for 1 day.
  The stove and water heater's prolbem is in the front house too.  I have also attach 2 pictures about the stove. The cost of regular white stove is about $500.(I have to double check in store for the price if you need to replace it.)  To replace the water heater in the front house is $800.  For the new heater like the main house's one is $1500.  If you have any question, please let me know.

Since you have the handy man doing the rest of the jobs, I think you should replace those items now. Stove is not acceptable, the switches are not functioning, the water heater as you can see in the photo is leaking from the safety valve and has not been secured to the wall. The heater for the rear unit, if in the future you replace it, it may cause you more money because the contractor has to make another trip to replace it. However, this is only my suggestion, it is up to you.
