attorney answer: this has not written who initial trustee because, son has ownership of house trust and parent has occupancy interest; [Attorney missed/ concealed?]

3, Question3: will bank charge fee or need agreement to be trustee? Ans3: banks are backup if none successor exists. [Again attorney is not answering at all, No mentioning risks of banks fraud or overly charged trustee fee]

4, Question4: how much bank charge for being trustee or individual fiduciary? Ans4: attorney dont know. Not even attempt to quote currently trustee charge ratio. Sometimes, encourage bank as trustee but othertimes, discourage individual fiduciary post more risk if known person got married.
