MOnday night Gloria contacted Jean, then by Tues 11 am it should be filed ..No. 3 pm, Brian motor cycled to court but excuse is uselessly late. Not paid. why Jean then evening pay is because Brian pushed to visit Jon for the money $1K. 

Wed nothing. Friday promised broke because no court at all.

Today Sunday 8/21/2016 and Wed 8/17 Sherriff restored already. 

Should jean get money back? I said yes - if no more Brian. But I said no - if Jean still trust it will happen within only one more week. Retainer agreement is signed.
