unexpected can happen easily in terms of money owed and deadline did not met

1, suddenly people gave u in advance fee, due to legitimate reason, refund request...debt exist
 
2, suddenly, paying meals is promised but why bill overly charged and so extra $ is over paid out of the expected budget
 
3, last night, trying to do online tasks but server can be under maintainence and stopped the scheduled tasks to be done.
 
4, this morning same online task is completed but no additional minor task to fulfilll 100% because of 24 hours limitation to do 2 tasks! Can the online www world be more "user friendly"
 
5, afternoon, supposedly paying lower price to buy ticket ...no because of paperwork has to be strictly only white card
 
6, paying meter for parking, still get a parking ticket in noreiga!
 
7, 6 pm close and so anytime before 6 is okay to move out storage items (last day). Yesterday is Sunday so off. 2:15 pm, arriving istorage but close at 2 pm, ad hoc. CAN life be more coincident?
