Why should you use expert to do ABC ?
1, escrow is an issue
2, posting is different from publishing
3, Five trip to ABC and finally elevated to the manager
4, staff always :"U should do this.....ONLY" ALTITUTUDE WITHOUT CAREING any flexibility or exemption at all.
5, Some staff did not know that escrow is optional but in order to gain her own working convenience, she forced ALL INCOMING applicant to open escrow even it is a leasehold interest transfer and not a real ABC transfer by traping involuntary and possible intentionally to "NOT NEW APPLICATION". THIS is bait and switch?
