3, MD first said she can arrange neurologist for future but not today and neurologist can call him later; whereas later MD ask senior MD to verfiy and senior MD counter this and order neurologist at three am UCSF. Waiting for another hour, senior refused medical advice (not technically right in some perspective) but then neurologist come ...will MRI going to be approved?
4, soap opera ...all MD : "I can not control what time he come!" but if you are NOT Approved, then you stay in waiting room
